  1. How to place product on my cart?
    Browse products from the Category menu.In the Product Listing each item has a corresponding checkbox, at the buttom just click "Add to Cart" button then all checked item will be added to your cart. When you click the item individually you will find "Add to cart" button also.

  2. I want to change the quantity of the item in my cart. How?
    While viewing the items in the cart, the button “update” is placed under the Cart. Type in your desired number of quantity beside the product & click the “update” button to get total computation.

  3. I want to know the status of my order?
    To know the status of your order, just login your account then go to "My Account" then select order no from Previous orders list then click "View" button on the right.

  4. I want to pay online using my credit card or debit card is that possible?
    Yes, we are using PAYPAL to process your payment online. both credit/ debit cards are accepted as long as it has VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discovery Logo.

  5. I am from outside the Philippines and i want to buy product for my family in the Philippines, do you accept orders from us?
    Yes, we encourage people from outside the country to buy from us and pay online using credit/debit card via PayPal without hassle. Especially OFW's from all over the world. As long as the delivery address is within the Philippines we can accommodate your orders. Delivery address which is outside the country is not acceptable.

  6. Can i avail 0% interest promo using online payment?
    No, as of now our facility does not process installment basis in online payments and also for security purposes. If you want to avail the 0% interest promo, you have to visit our branch near you and present your valid id and let our representative swipe your card for verification.

  7. I cant find Payment button for my orders. Why?
    It was intended not to display payment button to avoid payments from customers without confirmation of stock availability. In your order status page you will find the payment button once the item you ordered was confirmed.

  8. After clicked on Paypal button the amount displayed on Paypal website was changed to US Dollar amount. Why?
    PayPal does not accept PHP currency on payments thats why it was automatically computed to US dollar currency.

  9. Do i need to create an account first at paypal before i can send payment?
    No, Paypal has an option to send payment without an account. But during the process you will be automatically created an account.

  10. How long would be the process of ordering online?
    We process orders from Mondays-Fridays 9AM-6PM only. Normally it takes 2-7 days. We will keep customer updated through their Order Status found in My Account Order History Page.

  11. How many days do you reserve my order in your store if i will pick-up the item?
    We will reserve your product up to 5 days starting from the day of confirmation.

  12. I want change my order already sent, How?
    For security purposes, we require the customer to place a new order and request for cancellation of the previous order.
